Before you write about an order
Your order number makes this much faster. It is in the subject line of your confirmation email.
Returns and the trial
You do not need permission to start a return, and you do not need to explain why. Email us with your order number and a prepaid label comes back to you.
Where we are
Sorisse is an Australian business based in Mansfield, Queensland. There is no phone line and no live chat, because writing back properly takes longer than reading something out loud, and a queue nobody answers is worse than no queue at all.
What we cannot answer
Anything medical. Sorisse is a cosmetic beauty device, not a treatment, and we are not qualified to tell you whether it is right for a skin condition or a medication you are taking. Your doctor is.
