Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are packed and sent within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearing. If you add Priority Dispatch at checkout, your order is packed the next working day, ahead of the queue.

You will get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel leaves.

Delivery times

Standard tracked delivery takes 7 to 15 days to most Australian addresses. Remote and regional postcodes can take a little longer.

• Australia: free, tracked, 7 to 15 days
• Rural and remote postcodes: allow up to 20 days
• We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers

Where we ship

Australia only for now. If you are outside Australia and would like one, email hello@sorisse.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.

If something arrives damaged

Tell us within seven days and send a photo. We will replace it and cover the freight both ways.

This sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we cannot and do not limit.
