Who you are buying from

Sorisse is an Australian business. Buying from this site forms a contract between you and us, governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. An order is accepted when we email you a confirmation, not when you click the button.

If we have made an obvious pricing mistake, we will contact you before charging you and you can cancel. We will not quietly ship at the wrong price.

What this device is, and is not

The Sorisse Mask is a cosmetic beauty device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.

Keep your eyes closed for the whole session. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or take medication that increases light sensitivity, speak to your doctor before starting.

Product information

Wavelength figures published on this site are the manufacturer specifications. We do not publish an irradiance figure, because we do not hold an independent test report. We will publish one when we have it.

We try hard to keep specifications accurate, but manufacturers occasionally change components. If a change is material we will tell you before your order ships.

Your consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits them. Where we are allowed to limit our liability, we limit it to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid.

The 30 night trial

The trial is a promise we make on top of your legal rights, not a replacement for them. The terms are set out in full in our return and refund policy.

This website

The words, photographs and design on this site belong to us or our suppliers. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
