We priced LED sessions at two Australian clinics against one mask you keep. Here are the numbers, and what you give up either way.

We checked two clinics that publish their LED prices online. Both use professional LED machines, and both suggest a course of sessions rather than a single visit.
| Clinic | Price | What they suggest |
| Contour Clinics, Sydney and Brisbane | A$95 for a 20-minute session | Twice a week for 4 to 6 weeks1 |
| Contour Clinics membership | A$29 a week for unlimited sessions, 3-month minimum | Twice a week1 |
| Elysium Skin Centre, Brisbane | A$660 for 10 treatments | 5 to 20 minutes, twice a week for 3 to 5 weeks2 |
Clinic machines are more powerful than devices made for home, and a trained person chooses the light and the dose for you.3 If you want the strongest session and someone to guide you, a clinic course is the way to get it.
A mask at home trades power for ease and frequency. There is no booking and no drive: ten minutes on the couch at a time you would be resting anyway. Dermatologists say red light is not a one-off treatment and works through regular use over weeks and months, so the sessions you actually keep up matter.3, 4
If you can get to a clinic twice a week and the cost suits you, it is a good option. If you would rather have the light on hand every evening, a mask you own costs less than a single clinic course. Every Sorisse order also comes with 30 nights to try it at home, with a full refund if it is not for you.
Prices as published by each clinic on 6 October 2026; they can change. This is a price comparison only: a clinic uses its own equipment, settings and staff, and we make no claim that a mask gives the same results as a clinic session.
